REDSEC SA server
Where do I even start?
Even before the ranked update on Redsec, your matchmaking was already a complete joke. I literally abandoned BF6 because of your broken multiplayer, naive enough to think Redsec would be any different. I didn’t pay top dollar to fill your ghost lobbies and play against brainless BOTs. It takes a special kind of incompetence for EA to ignore universal player feedback and copy-paste the exact same failure into REDSEC ranked queues.
Let's talk about South America, specifically the Battle Royale Ranked queues, a region you clearly ignore. We essentially have no dedicated server infrastructure. We get a pathetic 7-hour window of local lobbies (6 PM to 1:30 AM). If anyone tries to queue at any other time, your brilliant system just dumps us into NA servers with unplayable ping. This is networking 101, the easiest fix imaginable, yet DICE team still manages to screw it up daily.
I have literally played $5 indie games with better matchmaking systems than BF6 and Redsec combined. I, along with every single player in SA, would gladly wait 10, 15, or even 20 minutes in a queue for a proper match with good conditions, rather than being instantly forced into a high-ping nightmare or a lobby filled with bots.
Because of this artificial restriction, competing for the leaderboard is a statistical joke. How are SA players supposed to fairly compete against other Elite or Top 250 players globally when they can grind 24/7, while we are choked into a tiny 7-hour window? The entire competitive ladder is rigged against our region, and I highly doubt DICE has the decency to offer any sort of compensation for completely ruining our start of the season.
I have over 700 hours in this game, and I’m really trying... but it’s impossible to tolerate an endless avalanche of bugs when your matchmaking literally prevents me from playing the game. I speak for the entire SA community when I say we are completely fed up with being ignored. Keep this up, and your SA player base will be completely extinct in l a few months.
