Redsec Very Late Load In Issues (Have to be Redeployed by Teammates)

There is absolutely no reason for this to be happening. Playing on PC, running through Steam, I have latest drivers, solid hardware, optimized settings. After searches across Google, Reddit, and other social media platforms it seems I'm not the only one having this issue. Whether in Duos, or Quads, I can't load-in to games in a reasonable amount of time. I CONSISTENTLY load-in after the game has already started. Is there any fixes/updates to the game that can be made to fix this?
