Request for Refund – Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition
Hello EA, i'm very tired.
I am requesting a refund for Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition, which I pre-ordered on September 9, 2025 via the EA client.
Since release, I have been unable to play the game due to the following connection error:
"Battlefield 6 Connection FAILED 1:86001S:51002S:57019S"
I contacted support multiple times, followed all provided troubleshooting steps, but the issue remains unresolved. I was informed that EA is aware of this problem but currently has no fix.
The only way I can access the game is through a VPN (Warp), which causes high ping and packet loss, making it unplayable. Additionally, I have not received the promised compensation (full access to 100 Battle Pass levels) only received experience boosts.
Since I cannot play the game normally and have not received the promised rewards, I kindly request a refund so I can purchase the game through Steam instead.
I can provide all screenshots with errors and purchases.
