RTX3070 GAME CRASHES EVERY 5-20MIN.

Question

The game continuously freezes and crashes on my PC, sometimes crashes at 5minutes sometimes crashes at 20min. I have all my GPU & CPU drivers up to date, and have well above the minimum requirements to run this game, no background programs running. I have tried nvidia lowest graphics settings in their app, their recommended settings, and it still crashes. I tried troubleshooting for hours but because that took longer than 2 hours I guess epic won't refund me even though I made this purchase on 10/13/25, two days ago.

Epic games won't refund me and they said I have to contact you immediately because you have technical agents that can fix these issues.

I have tried to contact you and it leads me to the forums or says contact an "EA Advisor" and there is no way to contact one?

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10870H CPU @ 2.20GHz (2.21 GHz) 16GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

I did that already when I hit submit it directed me to this page with no links to EA support. And I have no cases in my account tab.

It crashes to desktop.

I just want my money back on PC purchase so i can get it on xbox instead because that will be more reliable I think.
