sabatoge and gauntlet issues

so about 4 times out of the 5 matches i played of sabatoge im not getting hits when shooting ppl directly no hit marker and they just hit me and im dead for some reason , and at the half mark when it says switching sides basically it just goes to the main menu after a few minutes instead of the next part of the game so im not getting nothing i did in the first half wtf????
and i tried playing gauntlet earlier with my brother and not getting hit markers and people killing me without any hit markers and thru objects , just shows me dying for no reason
