I'm not sure what apps on your phone you're referring to, but are you able to log into your EA account page here?

Does the email on that page match your own, or is that where you're seeing an unfamiliar email? 

If it's not an email you recognize or you aren't able to get into your account page, I'd go through these steps instead. An appeal will go to a different team, while this will have you get in touch with support to help re-secure the account if someone else had gained access.

Ok but when doin all that like resetting my password it not my email it showin but my apps on phone say im good have I been hacked
