Purchased S2 Battle Pass/Pro after completion and didn't receive rewards

Same issue here. Extremely frustrated and getting in contact with support has been impossible.

Thanks for reaching out. It is definitely frustrating to spend money and then not receive the content you paid for.

I do recall a similar situation being reported on the Steam forum, where, after completing progression and then purchasing the Pro Battle Pass in-game, the premium rewards did not unlock correctly. That has already been passed along to the team.

In the meantime, please try this workaround first. Some Steam players have found that once they have 1100 BFC, navigating to a Pax Armata character, for example, the last character Lang, and selecting Go to Buy Battle Pass can trigger all previously earned rewards to unlock correctly. (Edited on 5/7:  You can refer to this video for the steps. Although it’s in Chinese, the UI path should be the same.)

What's the point in paying over $100.00  Pre-Ordering the game Bundle Pro to have the Season's Battle Pass locked? What's going on with this so-called Upgrade to Pro to unlock for every Battle Pass / Season Pass?

EA has gone so greedy that they are literally taking your money and not giving you the content you paid for!

I should have mentioned that I play on PlayStation 5. Well i chatted with support I gave them all my info. First time was tools arent working. Next day nothing they can do, create a bug report or something on my behalf. Told me to post in forums for further help. Sony wont refund me because ive downloaded the content so advised to talk to EA. It says im pro. I have the 25 tier skips. Challenge unlocked and those items are unlocking as I progress.  I can even access the pro radio station. What I don't have are the instant and exclusive cosmetics, and the items for battlepass progression. It says I own or have unlocked everything but none of it I can use. All the weapon packages and soldier skins in my inventory direct me to buy the battle pass. Now I have to spend more money to have enough battlefield coins to attempt to purchase a skin I should already own? Id have 1100 battlefield coins if I had the content I paid for. Im happy to pay a little extra for dlc and to help fund the future development of a game i enjoy playing. Im at a loss at this point.  

I didn't get all the skins and coins. I have 600 coins left over from the previous season.

Same. Purchased Battle Pass, items and bf coins not received.

Sorry to hear you’ve been running into this, and thanks to everyone for the feedback.

Before anything else, have you already tried a full restart first, including completely closing the game, signing out of the platform account, signing back in, and then completing a match before checking again?

If the rewards and Coins still don’t show up after that, please let us know.
