Thanks for the Dxdiag. Some troubleshooting:

Full video driver reinstall...

Download DDU:

- DDU Download

Boot into Safe Mode
Run DDU
Select:

- GPU
- NVIDIA or AMD

Choose:

- “Clean and restart”

Then install:

NVIDIA Studio Driver (more stable than Game Ready)
OR
An older stable driver version
Avoid beta drivers.

I’ve done a DDU and nothing changes. always been on the most stable driver according to Google/reddit as I didn’t need DLSS4.5 for my rig being older.

On YouTube comments here one guy had a 9950x3d and said he had a similar issue. It was on a video with latest s3 graphics guide
