Season 3 broke 1% lows on CPU bottlenecked systems.

Update: created a user.cfg file and did Thread.MaxProcessorCount 16 (for 8 cores 16 threads)

Tried 16, 8 and 0 for 2 hours, and TMPC 16 was for sure the best. I turned HAGS off and got way better 1% lows.

EDIT: EA_Barry FYI the other maps feel buttery smooth again. golmud is a fair bit better but my CPU isnt top of the line and that map is ridiculously huge and a bit un-optimised down the centre cap points so be interesting to see what others say who have better chips than me.

no problem mate, it helped on the other maps 100% and practically no stutters now

golmud is still really low fps by the areas with a lot of buildings, especially the 2 warehouses at the bottom though. rush game mode is buttery smooth now too.
