slow game play

Question

Hi, I've been playing Battlefield for a few hours now and can't play online in normal matches. I can only play by joining private servers with low ping, otherwise the game goes into slow motion. This is unbearable. I ran a network test and the network is fine.
Moved from BF6 IT to EN. Please ensure you post in the correct language boards. - EA_Garrus.

If you haven’t enabled it, try enabling XMP in the BIOS, and cap the FPS at 144.

I can't enable xmp in bios but my RAM is already maxed out. try whit 144 fps
