Slow menu and matchmaking

Is there anyone having the same problem that knows how to fix my game. I don’t know what is happening a little over a week ago I was playing and hopped off to play something else. When a buddy wanted to play I decided to open the game back up and was meet by really buggy screen and not being able to load into the match with him. Since I haven’t been able to play at all I have tried trouble shooting by running Ethernet that brought my ps5 speeds to near 500mbs and I have redownloaded the game twice. I also tried restoring license. I don’t know what’s happening and I can’t get EA support or google to answer my questions about it. I play the game weekly with my friend and this has made that impossible.
