Squad Voice Chat??

What’s going on with the voice chat? It used to be such an easy function in these games. Now I can’t hear or talk to anyone. Teamwork is out the window!

How do we enable just squad voice chat or even world voice chat? I’ve gone through all the settings and found no way to be able to talk to my squad mates cross platform! Only is voice chatting enabled through same console party menus.
