Statistics are not updating - frozen.

Hi, I have BF6 online via Steam. Now after reinstalling it also directly from EA games. We have a problem with at least 3 players that our statistics in the profile are not updating. This applies to both kills and shots and all publishing of statistics content. Everything remained frozen. Please help, I thought it was Steam doing it so I reinstalled the game and did a clean install from EA. Thank you for your help.
