Stuttering isn't solved

Same for me. Mouse keeps skipping and stuttering. Drove myself crazy thinking it was a me problem.

I'm also experiencing an issue where hit markers just stop working.

Have the same issue until I updated drivers for my graphics card (i have  nvidia) to the latest version and now there is no more stutters. Even in nvidia driver changelog you can see game stabillity fix. Hope it will fix your problem

Same problem here, it's simply very frustrating that EA remains silent even with so many people reporting the same **bleep** problem on high-end PCs.

In my case, I'm having a specific problem where opening the game map drops to 10 FPS, which is ridiculous, and it stutters a lot until it returns to a minimum level of stability. Not to mention the FPS during gameplay, which doesn't go above 60 FPS even with everything on minimum and ridiculous resolutions, simply shameful.

Yes, I've already downloaded the latest Nvidia driver and even tested several other Nvidia drivers, formatted my operating system, tried disabling e-cores in the BIOS, checked my entire system multiple times, tested EVERY type of configuration to try and solve the problem in-game, I even tested that **bleep** user.cfg file that claims to solve CPU performance problems due to EA Games' horrible engine...

My hope was that this would solve it, but no, it didn't solve the problem... I've tried several things and simply nothing works... it's this game with a horrible engine.

Having mouse + keyboard buttons pressed simultaneously causes the stutter for me.

Same issue that started with the latest update.  Only occurs when Im using my mouse and keyboard at the same time.  It makes gun battles almost impossible.  You cannot strafe and shoot at the same time or it will stutter.  

Having the same issue. Reinstalled Nvidia drivers, rebuild the shaders and it worked for a a couple of hours then it came back. Players are "teleporting" on my screen, fps drops to a degree that is unplayable. I see an enemy on my screen and they kill me behind my back. Can't play with that much stuttering.
