terrible ping lag / rtt jitter

for some reason the game is almost constantly "lagging" (which i never had in the beta) i feel like my bullets dont connect half the time and i die near instantly, ive also got the 3/4th circle with the little x in the top right in yellow (if that might help) ive tried various fixes including changing my DNS also for some reason in the options it says something with santiago (while living in germany) no idea what that means i'd assume it routs me through santiago for some reason
