The game does not connect to the server!!!PS5

I select search for game (server) by any of the modes (PS5). I get a black screen and then I appear again in the main menu. What is happening? 

I can't play the game I pre-ordered for the second day!

    Hi there. Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again
