The refund function is still unavailable.
On the launch day of Battlefield 6, when I couldn't access the game through the EA App, I had to follow Vince Zampella's advice to "get a refund and buy it on Steam" . I directly repurchased the game on Steam. However, the refund system wasn't functioning properly then, and the situation remains the same now. After selecting the refund address, an endless spinning circle appears on the screen. Can this issue be resolved?
