I'm not interpolating anything, my internet is fine, and if it was just my internet then there wouldn't be a megathread. If it were just framerate then it wouldn't be an issue that's sometimes terrible and sometimes nonexistent, or disappears with custom servers, and if it were just because you're below 60 fps then it wouldn't have appeared for me when I'm above 100 fps, both CPU and GPU. There's no consistent variable EXCEPT playing on EA 60hz servers.
This is an EA server issue and they need to fix it.
