Community ManagerHi, sorry to hear you’re running into this. Are you seeing the same error code today as well? If possible, could you share a screenshot or the full error code?
In the meantime, I’d recommend taking a look at our connection troubleshooting guide, especially switching to a wired connection if you can.
I just got it as well, on PS5 (5 minutes ago). See atached.

Thanks for noting down the error code. Could you try using a different Domain Name System (DNS)?
Some players have also reported success with the following workarounds:
- Restarting their router/modem.
- Unplugging and reconnecting their Ethernet cable.
- Switch to a different network connection temporarily to test whether the issue is network-related.
