TN Lag framerate issues on official big mode servers (possible solution)

I started having issues with TN again and then tried doing this https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/technical-support-c-202300000001619/general-support-c-202300000001672/how-do-i-flush-my-dns-on-windows-to-improve-my-connection-to-epic-games-servers-a202300000009927 which seems to have resolved it though only temporarily.  It does seem to creep back up after a couple of days and I may need to reinstall windows to completely resolve the issue, unless the windows repair/cleanup has resolved it entirely.
