TTK/TTD balance is completely screwed up

I think we all know that this is going on. You dump half a mag into an enemy to kill them but you get instakilled any time you’re seen by an enemy. Not sure how they’re managing damage calculation, but you basically aren’t getting notified that you’re getting shot until after you’ve already taken damage. It makes gunfights next to impossible. 99% of the time, whoever shoots first gets the kill. The other person isn’t even able to react. If I win any gunfight and didn’t shoot first, it’s because of luck. Or at least it feels like it. Most of my kills are from either shooting enemies in the back/side or getting the drop on them and shooting first. And before you say “skill issue” please keep in mind that I’ve been playing Battlefield regularly since the first Bad Company and I know a problem when I see one. 

BFV had this problem too for a long time. Add to that the bloom issue and the broken aim assist on controlled (and I mean broken, it doesn’t function properly even though it was fine in beta) and you have an inconsistent mess in terms of gunplay. I know they’re fixing the bloom (allegedly) in the patch tomorrow, but the fact that they haven’t addressed the inconsistency in TTK vs TTD is very concerning. It NEEDS a fix.

  • I can also pump most of the time a full clip of ammo into an enemy and he can stil run and hide. I tested the SG553R and its hilarious that I do 7+ hitmarkers and its still the same problem. On the other side I got **bleep** in ms in nearly every situation. I love the game but its frustrating me so hard at the moment. For those who are interested, you can give me a note and I will show it on twitch live. 

    Please fix this asap.

    If this isn't fixed by tomorrow's patch, I certainly won't purchase any DLC, let alone a season pass
