I'm still waiting for a resolution on this matter. I submitted a case to EA Help two months ago, but it was closed without any follow-up. Since I couldn't check until the game launched, I waited, but unfortunately, I still haven't received the reward. I've resubmitted the case, but I haven't heard back yet. I look forward to hearing from EA soon, although I must admit that the difficulty in obtaining support has been frustrating, especially when compared to the swift customer service I've experienced with other game companies in similar cases.
