Two death/spawn related issues in TDM

Today with the patch I have noticed two new issues with TDM which were not present for me personally before this patch:

1. Black screen after respawning

Sometimes when respawning, 'death HUD' (showing nearby medics, with downed timer wheel) persists. After 10-15 seconds all remaining HUD disappears (squadmates, kill feed, etc) and then after a couple more seconds the screen goes black. My player can still run around, fire their weapon, and do all the normal actions, I just can't see anything. On death and respawn, I can see again, however if the 'death HUD' is still there when I respawn again, I can guarantee that I will experience another black screen. Occasionally I can break the cycle by letting the downed timer 'run out' before hitting the respawn button, after which I respawn with no 'death HUD', but this does not always work.

Interestingly, in Squad Deathmatch, the 'death HUD' still sometimes persists on respawn, but the black screen only lasts a couple of seconds before spontaneously recovering, so it doesn't impact my gameplay too much. In TDM however, it is unrecoverable.

2. Unable to respawn / permanent downed state

I also encountered an issue in Team Deathmatch where sometimes I would get knocked down, and while I could press [E] to call for a medic, pressing [Space] to respawn. Sometimes I would go to the redeploy screen after the timeout and could continue playing, however other times my character would simply... remain downed? This was captured in the second video. Interestingly you can see how the game clock continues to tick down / points tick up, and hear other players engaging in combat, but there is no option to redeploy, and no 'Redeploy' option in the menu.

I have not noticed these issues in other gametypes e.g. Rush, Breakthrough. I will avoid Team Deathmatch for now until the issues have been investigated further...
