Unable to Access My EA Account / Verification Code Sent to an Unknown Email
I am experiencing an issue when trying to play Battlefield 6 on my PS5. My EA account appears to be protected, and the verification code is being sent to an email address that does not belong to me: vf*****@emlhub.com. Because of this, I cannot link my EA account to my PSN profile or access online features.
I contacted EA Support through live chat, and the advisor helped me with these steps:
My EA account email was confirmed as ju***[edit: email address removed]
A secondary recovery email was added: ju*************@gmail.com
I was able to log into the EA website, but I still cannot log into Battlefield 6, because the game continues to request verification through the unknown email address.
The support agent informed me that multiple players are reporting the same problem and that it is being escalated as a bug. I was instructed to post here for updates.
