Unable to connect to EA servers.

PC Player Issue via Steam | Using a 13th Gen Intel i-7-13700k with a Geforce RTX 5060 Ti | Windows 11

Error Code 1:86001S:227071S:227012S

After giving the EA App, BF6 App, and the Anticheat App admin permissions on my PC, I finally got the app to launch. Only to find that every time I get past the opening cut scene (and press space bar), the game cannot connect to EA servers. It says to check my connection and if the platform client is online.

My Attempts: My connection is fine, though slow. I even tried my phones mobile hot-spot to no avail. I removed flash drives. Switched to IPv6 DNS (googles). Used both 5g and 6g wifi. Verified the files, which fixed three of them but no progress. I am using a pretty recent install of windows 11, in which the early-beta worked just fine for me (after a firewall fix in order to boot).

 I have exhausted every Reddit thread I could find, with no answers! Please help me so I won't have wasted seventy dollars. Thank you.

    Unfortunately signing back in did not fix the issue, thanks for the suggestion though. What I find odd is that the game does not appear inside the EA app at all (normally it would be in my library with a "steam" tag on it).

    No not yet. I tried resetting my IP caches, using and not using a VPN, Ethernet cable, and unplugging all of my USBs and nothing worked. I am beginning to think there is an issue EA has with my Network that I am not aware of (or anyone else).

    I was having problems on Friday, Oct 17, 2025. I had no luck getting help from EA support. (They never responded to my ticket) My game wouldn't even load to the start screen. The error said can't connect to servers. I finally figured out that DNS was the issue. I could login by changing my DNS settings. I choose Cloudflare Primary 1.1.1.1 and Alternate 1.0.0.1. After changing that in network settings my game started right up. Maybe this will help you too.

    i was having the smae problem 

    and it is on Friday, OCT 17 2025, at this point i just want to get a refund but steam wouldn't

    I had thankfully gotten a refund because I knew about steams policy. But I don't think this issue has been addressed still.
