Unfortunately signing back in did not fix the issue, thanks for the suggestion though. What I find odd is that the game does not appear inside the EA app at all (normally it would be in my library with a "steam" tag on it).
CT-Sharpshooter that's odd the game isn't in your library. I would ask EA support about that.
