not at all, i'm from Brazil, we have some public consumers rights courts, if i dont get this fixed, ill have to start a lawsuit, there's also a site for complains against companies, and would you imagine, a lot of cases just like mine (https://www.reclameaqui.com.br/eletronic-arts/banimento-permanente-injusto-no-battlefield-6-por-suposto-uso-de-hack_QvAg4tep5ngi0Zsx/), and they dont reply neither.
