Please keep in mind that all appeals are reviewed by humans. They may use templates to ensure consistent information is being provided to those with similar outcomes, but these are not automated responses. They generally won't be able to provide specific program names or times of the detection(s), but will just provide the general category of the infraction along with some examples of what behavior may fall under that particular action.
You're more than welcome to submit another appeal to have a different member of the Terms of Service team review the action again, but there wouldn't be any alternate routes to have a ban looked into otherwise.
ill do once more, i dont want to buy another copy, because i only have this ea acc, and in bf6 i have a lot of veteran skins and paid skind, but thank you, lets hope this get fixed, i never play with controllers, i just wanted to test the gyro.
