Unplayable for me now

I played again today for the first time in four days. The game is completely unplayable for me.

The 1% low FPS is totally messed up.

I get 100–120 FPS, but only 40–50 in the 1% low FPS range, and there’s endless stuttering.

Is anyone else having these kinds of problems?
