Unreasonable ban

After i bought BF 6 i played for a few hours and went to work, after i came back my account was already blocked, no reasoning, nothing. I checked my account in EA - no restrictions, i have sent appeals, they kept ignoring it for over 5 days. However when i've sent an appeal from my second account they came back with response in less than 24 hours. How can i get any help with that?
