Unresolved Case: Still getting BSODs after the update & Support Deadlock

EA_Aljo​ You did not read my post. Look at my case on your system, the information is all there. I refuse to go along with the 1st line support procedure yet again.

 

I’ve even provided a link in my ticket containing System Minidumps, Application Dumps, DXDiag and MSInfo logs so these crashes can be analysed.

I don't have access to your cases so I can't get those files. If you could attach a DxDiag, I'll give a review and make some suggestions. Thanks!
