I honestly can’t believe this. We pay 100€ for the Phantom Edition, preorder early, install everything, and then the EA App just doesn’t recognize the expansions. The game literally acts like nothing’s installed.
Meanwhile, Steam users can play without a single issue. How is that even possible? You’d think EA would at least make sure their own launcher works properly on launch day — but no, same story every time.
And to make things even worse, the refund tool doesn’t even work properly either. You can’t play, you can’t get your money back, and support is nowhere to be found.
Honestly, this is ridiculous. EA needs to fix this ASAP — it’s unacceptable in 2025 that paying customers have to deal with this level of incompetence.
I went to bed early, got up at 2am, breakfast and coffee - no go. Wide awake at 4am and still not fixed. It took an hour and a half for them to even clock the issue and investigate.
I remember playing Commodore 64 games from EA when I was 8 years old. This is no good.
