Update required but not able to install new multiplayer files

So tried logging in today had an update and when on the game says it has updates on the multiplayer when I go onto the system and try and update them they won’t download and I can’t play on multiplay...

Howdy, I haven't experienced this issue myself but from the research I have done, you need to repair the game files. On PC (Steam/EA App) clicking "manage game files" and selecting "repair" on EA or "verify integrity of game files" on Steam. However, on console Playstation has a repair function on games. Xbox however unfortunately requires a reinstall of the game to sync data.
