Lack of QA - no testing no scoped rollouts to a PTR -- and this is what happens - Then on top of it - no acknowledgement for Week+ while patching other issues and can't even provide common courtesy to official acknowledge and let us know it is being investigated and checked out.
Its almost hilarious that they can't even seem to reproduce the issue - and think finishing a match will resolve the issue for what is surely thousands of individuals. This thing has been broken since the patch to reduce the Challenge critiera -- and 10,000s of matches have occurred and accumulated between almost everyone impacted and it is not resolve, not acknowledged in a formal way - and people are still creating new threads because its not being HANDLED appropriately --
Bad Customer service will always ruin a business faster than any mistake.
