upgrade phantom edition but bp pro token missing

I already had the Battle Pass for Season 2, but it was the standard version. Then I bought the Phantom Edition, which supposedly includes the Battle Pass Pro and 25 level advancements. However, the Battle Pass Pro token and the 25 level advancements never arrived in my account. i paid for nothing
