Vsync broken
I am running a AMD gpu with 2k monitor at 165hz typically play in borderless fullscreen mode.
This game was running fine during beta. Today I bought and installed the game but I am forced to 60 fps even with vsync turned off. I tried fumbling with the different modes with no success., there is obviously something buggy with the graphic settings. Has anyone run into the same issue or found a fix?

Vsync:
- OFF - 60fps
- ON - 60 fps
- 1/2 - 83 fps
Borderless Fullscreen
Vsync:
- OFF - 60fps
- ON - 60 fps
- 1/2 - 83 fps
Windowed
Vsync:
- OFF - 180 FPS (uncapped)
- ON - 165 FPS
- 1/2 - 83 FPS
