Just because someone is better than you, doesn't mean they're cheating. I get accused all the time but I'm not cheating.
Having a high kdr is easy for any good sniper.
However, having a 40+/1 kdr from a player that knows my exact location on every kill, that's quite suspicious and I've seen and reported that.
Every lost game so far has been where a majority of the players have zero game awareness. Engineers not repairing or countering vehicles, Supports not dropping kits/reviving, squads/players not aware of minimap spotted enemies, etc.
