Was banned for no reason, then accidentally closed my appeal... HELP!!!

So I just decided to play Battlefield 6 and suddenly discovered that I was permanently banned for "Gameplay enhancement". First of all, I am 100% this was a mistake as I haven't used any hardware or software to cheat or modify game files. I don't even have any overlays or fps counters on when I play, just spotify playing music in the background. Then I decided to appeal the case but accidentally closed it and now I have no means of appealing my ban. EA, please help me resolve this situation as I haven't done anything wrong... BF6 was my most anticipated game this year and I was so excited to play just to get banned like this for absolutely no reason.
