Week 3 of Challenge Unlock still locked

The challenges that I was working on when the requirements were reduced, are still locked even though the requirements were met.

It's been 3 weeks and I'm over it.

I have done all of the the suggested tricks. I have wasted hours of my life on EA help support chat to just have the person on the other end tell me (basically) tough luck and then disconnect on me. Today's round of support chat told me to come here and post. I just want EA to make this right by giving me battle pass or a refund. 

Ps5 - Kord (locked), SL9 (locked), and Deploy Beacon (locked). Probably more.
