Weird DirectX Error

Sometimes I get an error after the completion of a match (See attached screenshot). It says something about DirectX and then closes the game. Once I reboot the game it acts fine until I play another game completely and then it does it again. Some days it does this and some days it doesn't. I have the most recent drivers so I know it's not that.
