When I select a multiplayer map game takes to black BF6 screen

Hello I had BF6 Pro since launch I never had a problem playing online until now when I go to play a match online the screen would just turn black then take me to the BF6 screen I redownloaded and install the game and yet the problem is still there I'm playing on PS5.Any one else having this problem or know a fix to it?
