WTF!!!

So I opened a case about this once already and it was closed with no email notification or a resolution.

Upon the update of this game on I think the 16th or so I had lost an entire tier of the battle pass. I was literally 1 point from finishing it. After update I was at the beginning of that tier. 220 battle pass points vanished. Like it was nothing. Open a case and they close it. Reopen the case they say I have to come here and post it so it gets seen... WTH is the point of using contact us then. lol so might as well unload my bags here then, so since the update I have noticed some things, Ping location has gotten better but still bugggy, WHY does my fire rate change automatically and randomly. I lose so many gun fun fights because I respawn go to hope in a fight and its semi auto and not full. I didnt change it or is the button close to where I would accidentally hit it. I could be dropped and in the  rare case a teammate revives me when I get up rate of fire change and I dont know until Im in a gun fight.. Anyhow my biggest concern is the battle pass at this point. Im not a good player so it takes alot for me to get all that
