xbox series x crashing

my xbox series-x is like 3 months old only used to play video games. since this last winter update it how crashes on ever map. my xbox randomly shuts off then comes back on. didn't do this before the update. have no other issues with any other game but battlefield 6. not only does that happen but since the November update i randomly lose connection to my xbox gamesir wireless controller that I had for like 4 months. thought this would be fix but hasn't. the controller is firmware updated so thought it would be fixed but it's not. the controller never loses power just bf6 losses connection to it saying please reconnect controller. Basically can't enjoy bf6 bc of these two bugs. need help fixing. xbox is updated and have deleted and reinstalled multiple times and still restarts and still loses controller connection. fix yahs game. have no other issues playing any other game nor lose controller connection on any other game. can be just setting in the lobby not doing anything and the causes my xbox to restart this the first time it's been doing this. usually if it crashes just goes to the dashboard not restart my console
