Xbox users cannot read party chat

It has been happening for at least a week now but XBOX users cannot read the party chat. They can still see the all and team chat, just not the chat from party members. Everyone appears muted from their end under squad management and cannot unmute their teammates even when trying to click the unmute button. I am attaching a photos of what it looks like from the XBOX player's end. The voice chat still works but not the chat by text. I confirmed this is an issue from 2 XBOX users I play with and I play in PC. PS5 and PC can see the chat as intended. I do not use voice chat so I am having difficulty communicating with teammates because of this bug. It was not like this until the update two weeks ago. Please look up on this and suggest fixes, thank you.
