Xbox X BF6 Kingmaker Sticker won't unlock & is blacked out with an X in it.

Xbox X series BF6 Kingmaker Weapon Sticker & Profile Card Sticker won't unlock and challenges for all Win so many Gauntlet or Battle Royale reward previews are blacked out with an X in it. Been this way since the start of season 4... I tried cache resets and data profile resets and restarting console/game etc. I played all modes in game to complete, still not fixing it. Devs Please Help. Some pictures of it.
