We're unable to review account bans here at the EA Forums. I will leave instructions below on how to check the ban status and send a dispute to the Terms of Service team.
How to check a ban or suspension status
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Account support.
- Choose Ban history to see details on current and past bans and suspensions.

How to appeal a lock, ban, or suspension
If you think the lock, ban, or suspension on your EA Account was a mistake, you can appeal the decision.
To appeal, contact us here, fill out the webform, and select Send.
Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com about your case within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you further details about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake. Our advisors can no longer transfer cases to our Terms of Service Moderation team.

Hi, I have sent disputes but have been declined with no explanation other than ‘Hateful Conduct’ and a description of the inappropriate emblem. I would like someone to recognize my dispute as not being subjected to be responsible for the platoon’s emblem.
battliefieldcat I'm sorry, but only the ToS team can overturn a ban. You could try appealing again as you get three attempts before they'll no longer accept them from you, but if you were using an emblem that broke the user agreement then you might not be successful (this is covered by clause 6 in the user agreement code of conduct if you wanted to check: https://tos.ea.com/legalapp/WEBTERMS/US/en/PC/#section6). However, there is no harm in trying as they may make an exception.
