Battlefield 1 - Consistent stuttering every minute

    I tried few additional things and managed to fix the issue. Here's what I did:

    1. I noticed in Event Viewer that GameManagerService3 was crashing. I just disabled the service under System Services and completely uninstalled all Razer applications including Razer Synapse.
    2. I also noticed an error in Event Viewer with source nhi which is related to Thunderbolt(TM) drivers. I just did a clean install of the Thunderbolt(TM) software and drivers.

     

    Not sure which one of those fixed the issue but worth to try both (if applicable)!

    JohnnyBlaz07 FYI, try the steps above. Especially the first step with Razer service and applications. Good luck!

OskooI_007 I'm attaching a screenshot from USBDeview that shows all connected devices.

Basically I have a Razer mouse, custom built keyboard (I tried with a different keyboard just in case) and Razer Barracuda X headphones connected with USB-C dongle.

It's worth mentioning that I do NOT have such issues with other titles like Space Marine 2, God of War, Black Myth: Wukong, Metro Exodus, Remnant 2 and etc.

Let me know if anything else is needed!

JohnnyBlaz07 I did not manage to find a solution of the issue. That's why I'm asking for a help here. Please follow the topic and hopefully someone can help.

There appears to multiple usb devices plugged into the computer. I would attempt to narrow down the stutter issue through the process of elimination.

Start with only the keyboard, mouse, and headset plugged in. If the game still stutters then try unplugging the headset. Is there's still stutter then unplug the keyboard until the only thing left plugged in is the mouse.

It will be pretty boring just moving the mouse around by itself for a few minutes but listen and see if the usb disconnect/reconnect sound stops happening.

I also see you might have a Lian Li GA II water CPU cooler. I don't know if it's possible to unplug it from USB as a test or not.
