Battlefield 1 - Shortcut Kits [ref. #vault-entitlement-failed]

As per Origin's Store Page: Battlefield™ 1 Shortcut Kit: Ultimate Bundle is included with EA Play https://www.origin.com/bra/en-us/store/battlefield/battlefield-1/addon/battlefield-1-shortcut-kit-ultimate-bundle#store-page-section-requirements As well as all the other Battlefield 1 Shortcut Kits (Such as Battlefield 4's) However, it is unavaible to acess\update\add into the game\account; After contacting support, it was stated and set that unfortunately the following DID NOT resolve the issue: - Restarting the PC - Clearing Origin's Cache - Deactivating Origin In-Game - Running as Administrator - Trying to add on another computer - Deactivating VPN - Trying another Internet Service Provider - Acessing from another country The Battlefield 1 Shortcut Kits seems to be under EA Play as per Store Pages and other sources, however, it still requires me to buy it in order to have it on the game, even though I have a EA Play clearance (All the other EA Play games and add-ons works normally, only Battlefield 1 is not). Therefore, I wanted to ask:

- Does Battlefield 1 Shortcut Kits are indeed part of EA Play Subscription? If not, why does the store pages of the Shortcut Kits says otherwise along with that green "verifyied" symbol that it is " Included with EA Play" ?
- If yes, is there any expectations of how or when this problem can be solved? Thanks in advance.
