Unfortunately, support does not have the ability to grant you the achievement. You'll need to try earning it again. I recommend double-checking the requirements to ensure everything is being done correctly.
I'll give it another go even though I've tried a lot of different ways to see if there's something I missed. Someone said I should reinstall the game and try it again because there might be an issue with the saved files, so I'll try that as well!
