I get this message every time I try to join a server in multiplayer. Even games that have 0 players.
If I try to launch a quick match its says instead "Error code 1"
I looked into my ban history but no results were found, also not in my email.
Maybe someone knows something about this?

These error messages normally signal an issue with the connection. They're not ban related (there is still misinformation about Error code 1 from a few years ago, so wanted to clarify this).
